Enarei is a community resource and harm reduction organization created entirely for and by transgender and gender variant people who take DIY hormone therapy. We produce high-quality, extensively cited informational content on transgender health, and advocate for the provision of safe, non-judgemental, non-coercive healthcare services that center the autonomy of those who self-medicate.

The name Enarei originates from an ancient Scythian caste of priests, first described by Greek historian Herodotus as having been born male, but wearing women's clothing, performing women's jobs, and speaking like women after being transformed by the gods. We've always been here.
